New developments.

Remind me not to try and start a blog before Christmas again!

I spent part of today at Braidhurst High School, one of the three high schools that children in Motherwell west are zoned to attend. I always enjoy visiting our schools, the kids are often the toughest questioners I have to face, and they're highly resistant to flannel too!

Today I had been asked to help launch the new school web-site

http://www.braidhurst.n-lanark.sch.uk/

Most of it designed and coded by the students themselves. Coding is a skill I wish I had, I remember plootering about on my old ZX Spectrum over 25 years ago using BASIC, but I never took the opportunity to develop it further. It's great to see what a group of motivated, well-supported youngster can achieve though.

If you go to Braidhurst, or care about this "Great Wee School" add it to your favourites and keep an eye out for news and developments.
